Your body. Your vessel. Your temple.
Deeply rooted to your whole self. How you eat, sleep, move, clean etc, what and who enters your body, all hugely impact your alignment. Why is this important? Your body is your home for your soul to travel this part of your journey.
When you are taught to hate it, learn to fall deeper into love.
When you are told to change it, recognise what your body is telling you instead.
When you feel disconnected with it, honour alone time and space with your body.
When you go through ups and downs with your body, get present and think about everything it has been through to get you right here in this moment.
Your body is an ever changing costume. Uniquely yours. Whatever you choose to do with your body, know that your soul wants to cultivate safety there. Allow yourself patience as you work through the shadows held in your body, and compassion as you learn to show your body the love it desires.
Your relationship with your body will be unique to you. How you listen to it, heal it, connect with it. By adopting practices that allow you to become more aware of these aspects, you become more deeply in tune with yourself.
